These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Loxi Locations platform (hereinafter “Loxi”), available at https://app.loxilocations.com and via the mobile application, by any person using the service (hereinafter the “User”).

Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Loxi, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Description of the service

Loxi is a digital platform that allows users to:

• Search for rental properties (short or long-term);

• Publish property listings as owners or managers;

• Communicate through the internal messaging system;

Access to the service

Some features require the creation of a user account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and not to impersonate any third party.

User commitments

Users agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and fairly;

• Not post illegal, abusive, misleading, or defamatory content;

• Respect the rights and privacy of other users;

• Not disrupt or harm the platform's performance or security.

Roles and responsibilities

Loxi acts solely as an intermediary between property owners and renters.
It cannot be held liable for:

• The accuracy or completeness of the listings;
• The fulfillment or cancellation of any rental agreement;
• Damages, losses, or disputes between users.

Moderation and content removal

Loxi reserves the right to remove any content or listing that violates these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

Personal data

Loxi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the platform. Users may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their data at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on Loxi (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Account termination

Users may delete their account at any time through the app.
Loxi reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.

Changes to the terms

Loxi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the application or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the country where the service is operated (e.g., Republic of Benin). In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the company’s registered location will have jurisdiction.
